Returns & Subscription Cancellations

A 100% money-back guarantee covers the price of the product only. A 100% money-back guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fees because the customer decided to try the product. Therefore the customer accepts to pay the cost to ship the product.
You have SIXTY (60) Days from the original purchase date to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the SIXTY (60) DAY time limit will not be processed.
Digital training programs can only be refunded if the user makes a good faith attempt at the program and doesn’t see or is not satisfied with the results they received after an apparent effort. Our system can track utilization and log-ins, which should be reasonably consistent during training. By purchasing, you understand that your good-faith attempt at the training will be reviewed by a member of our support team, who will review your account and make a decision based on the data and perceived effort placed on the training. This decision for a refund will be determined based on your content consumption and log-ins.
There is a 14-day assessment period for all digital programs. Since all players develop at a different pace, to qualify for the 60-day money-back guarantee, you must try the program for 14 days before a claim is made that no results were seen. This protects ILB from customers who purchase to take content and then immediately request a refund.
After the 14- day assessment period a customer still has time to request a refund before the 60-day money-back guarantee expires.
Customers must contact our support department for a refund and provide the order number and the email address used for purchase. In addition, you must provide the proper email you purchased your training from to be eligible.
Once a return is received or a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be returned to the original credit card or payment system.

FOR I LOVE BASKETBALL TRAINING SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY:

-Monthly Subscriptions (ILB Insiders): You have 14 Days from the date of the original purchase to cancel your subscription without being charged the monthly subscription charge of $19.95. Any refund request made for charges after the free 14 day trial period will not be processed. Though you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support email [email protected]

I Love Basketball, LLC will not accept excessive returns. Refunds will not be given to customers for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for a particular product. Still, the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
Shipping the product from I Love Basketball Training to your door will not be refunded. Additionally, shipping of the product to the I Love Basketball Training Refund Department will not be compensated.
To ensure your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product by certified mail with a tracking number. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that they returned it.
Valid proof of returning a product includes delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS. A full refund will be issued if the customer has a delivery confirmation or signature.
Due to loss or missing, or slow mail, we will honor any package that is postmarked for up to one year after the purchase of the product.

Terms of Subscription Renewal Monthly I Love Basketball Training Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section of the Terms of Service page.
